Actuonix P16-50-256-12-P Linear Actuator with Position Feedback

The P16 is the next generation of actuators from Actuonix Motion Devices. It features a compact side-by-side design with a planetary gear system. These units provide higher speeds, greater forces, and a longer lifespan compared to other units.

The P16-P series actuators offer an analog position feedback signal that can be input into an external controller. The "P" series is compatible with our Linear Actuator Control (LAC) board, allowing the "P" series to be controlled via USB (with our configuration utility software), 0-5v, 4-20mA, RC Servo, or PWM. With the LAC, you can adjust actuator speed, end stops, and sensitivity directly from the board. Our "P" series actuators do not have limit switches but offer overload protection when used with the LAC board.

You can use your P16-P as a linear servo by integrating it with our LAC card (Linear Actuator Control). This combination offers the same features as the L12-I and additionally provides USB support, speed control, sensitivity control, position control, and adjustable end positions.

The P16-P actuators are ideal for projects that require significant force, a custom stroke length, or a slower speed than other standard units. Using the LAC board saves you from developing a custom controller or actuator.

The P16-P series includes 12 unique models with the following features:

Stroke lengths of 50mm, 100mm, 150mm, and 200mm
3 gear options for maximum forces between 50N (11lbs) and 300N (67lbs) and speeds between 4.8mm/s and 46mm/s
12V input

All linear actuators come with a mounting kit to simplify installation.
