No. We do not have a minimum order quantity. This means that you can easily buy a single individual product, regardless of the price.
We are constantly expanding our range, so it is possible that not all products are listed. It is also possible to order unavailable products. If you have not found the desired product in our range, please contact us via the contact form and we will prepare an individual offer for you.
If you are based outside Germany, you are welcome to order without VAT. However, only if the company is located within the EU. For orders outside the EU, VAT is generally not applicable. To do this, you must enter your VAT identification number (VAT ID) in the order process and the invoice will be issued without VAT.
As we deliver our products worldwide, it is of course also possible to order the products outside the EU.

Shipping
Small items are delivered by Deutsche Post. Orders that can be sent by parcel post are delivered by DHL and DPD.

Other Questions
Vouchers are redeemed by entering the corresponding code. The “Redeem code” input field can be found in the shopping cart at the bottom of the page.
A direct exchange is not possible. An exchange for another item is only possible by returning and refunding the original item and then reordering the other item.
