Description

Phidgets DIN4100_0 24-12AWG terminal block (max 20A, pack of 5).

Terminal blocks are used to connect multiple wires into a single node, more securely than a marrette, but without the hassle of soldering. This particular unit is suitable for 24-12AWG wire and 20A maximum. It comes in a pack of 5 blocks and a jumper bar, so you can connect multiple blocks together to make a larger terminal if you want. You can cut the jumper bar with a regular wire cutter if you want to jumper less than all 5 together. The plastic label strip can also be attached so you can label each clamp to make it easier to understand later. The terminal blocks are closed with a simple slotted screwdriver. These terminal blocks can be plugged directly onto any DIN rail of the EN50022 standard.
