Mobile Arduino Kit with 4WD 100mm Mecanum Wheels by Nexus Robot 10009

This is a mobile Arduino learning kit with four-wheel drive designed for hobbyists and students. The learning kit contains four coreless 12V DC motors with encoders, Arduino microcontroller and I/O expansion on board. It is programmable using the open Soure Arduino language. The housing is made of aluminium alloy and has pre-drilled holes for the microcontroller.

This Arduino mobile robot car with Mecanum wheels can drive and turn in any direction by changing the direction and speed of each wheel. Moving all four wheels in the same direction makes you go forward/backward, moving left/right in opposite directions makes you turn, and moving front and back in opposite directions makes you go sideways. The rear wheels of the platform are mounted in a special way so that the suspension structure ensures that all four wheels can stick to the ground, even if the ground is uneven.
